About Us

Starting in 1998, Benny and Eric have been making sushi for almost 20 years. Their newest venture, Vic's Sushi To Go in Rosemont, has perfected great sushi at an affordable price. Knowing that only the freshest ingredients create high quality sushi, Benny wakes up at 5 AM every morning to hunt down the best fish in New York City's markets. At their restaurant, they hope customers will enjoy getting to know the friendly staff while delighting in the freshly prepared sushi.
